Nicole Tremaglio is a Manhattan-based fashion pro moonlighting as a fitness maven. She is a CRM and operations strategist, fluent public speaker, wellness community leader, and lifelong dancer. Nicole is driven to inspire others through passion and innovation so their desire for connection and fulfillment comes full circle. Her personal mantra is "Do something you love every day."
Originally from Connecticut, Nicole began classical dance training at the age of 5 in tap, jazz, ballet, and later in lyrical, contemporary, and hip hop. She was a Junior Member of the professional certified organization Dance Masters of America and a DMA and THE PULSE scholarship winner. She graduated Summa cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Fashion and Retail Merchandising from Lasell College, where she directed the group fitness program and spearheaded very popular initiatives, including Zumba Fitness and specialized training programs for athletes. After college, Nicole was a dancer in DanceWorks Boston, a post-grad company and performance outlet for advanced, technically-trained dancers. She also holds certifications in Schwinn Cycling and Restorative Yoga.
Since moving to New York City in 2014, Nicole has successfully integrated her innovative work in corporate fashion with her fitness community involvement. Nicole honed her public speaking skills as she traveled North America presenting Client Service and Operations training to 50+ groups of 400+ retail employees. She is a leader in the NYC fitness and wellness space for her engaging speaking panels, motivating workshops, authentic social media presence, down-to-earth approach to community building...and of course, dance videos. Nicole is an advocate for body acceptance and mental health awareness and educates others to banish associated stigmas.
